Customers Section Overview

The Customers page is not just a directory—it’s a lightweight, built-in CRM system that helps your team access real-time customer data, booking history, and membership info. 
 

The Customers section gives you a centralized view of everyone who has interacted with your venue. Whether it’s a walk-in visitor, a recurring member, or a first-time online booker, you can track and manage all customer data in one place. 

 Add or Export Customers 

  • + New Customer: Manually add a new customer with their details and plan 
  • Export List: Download your entire customer list with one click 

Customer Actions (⋮ Menu) 

Click the three-dot menu next to any customer to: 

  • Edit Customer Details 
  • Delete Customer 
  • Add Membership 
  • Archive Customer 

These actions help you maintain an accurate and up-to-date database. 

Understanding the “Source” Column 

The Source field shows how a customer entered your system: 

  • Manually added by staff 
  • Signed up via your booking website 
  • Imported during onboarding or migration 

Knowing the source helps you track customer acquisition channels and optimize your communication.
