How to Add a New Booking

You can manually create a new booking directly from the Bookings tab. This is useful for managing phone reservations, walk-ins, or internal adjustments—giving your team full control over scheduling. 

Follow these steps: 

Step 1: Select Customer 

Click the “+” button on the day you want to create a booking for. 

Use the Search customers field to find an existing customer or click Add new to create one. 

Enter the number of players joining the session. 

Step 2: Set Status, Payment, and Source 

Status: Choose between Confirmed or Pending. 

Payment Method: Select from options such as: 

  • Paid Credit Card 
  • Paid Membership 
  • Paid Gift Card 
  • Unpaid 
  • Cash 

Source: Identify how the booking was made: 

  • Phone 
  • Walk-in 
  • Website 
  • Quick Booking 

This helps you segment your customers and better understand where your bookings are coming from. 

Step 3: Choose Date, Time & Duration 

Use the calendar strip to pick a date. 

Click Select Time & Duration. 

Choose a start and end time from the available slots. 

Each time slot shows the hourly rate (e.g., $40/hr or $50/hr depending on time and bay availability). 

The system will automatically calculate the duration and cost of the booking based on your selection. 

Step 4: Finalize the Booking 

Once all fields are completed: 

  • Review the details 
  • Click Save 

The booking will now appear in your weekly schedule under the selected day and bay.
