How to Create Membership Plans

Creating membership plans in Teelogix allows you to offer exclusive benefits, gift hours, or discounted access to loyal customers. Follow the steps below to set up a new plan tailored to your venue. 

Step 1: Go to the Memberships Section 

From the left-hand navigation menu, click on Memberships to view all existing plans. 

Step 2: Click “+ New Plan” 

In the top-right corner of the screen, select + New Plan to begin creating a new membership. 

Step 3: Fill Out Plan Details 

A form will open where you can define the following fields: 

  • Plan Name 
    Give your membership a clear and descriptive title (e.g., “Gold Monthly” or “Annual Unlimited”). 
  • Description 
    Outline what’s included in the plan—such as access types, perks, or usage limits. 
  • Duration 
    Choose how long the membership lasts (e.g., 1 month, 3 months, 12 months). 
  • Price 
    Set the amount your customers will pay for the plan. 
  • Gift Hours (Optional) 
    Specify how many complimentary hours are included, if applicable. 

Step 4: Save the Plan 

Once you’ve entered all the necessary information, click Save. 
Your new membership will now appear in the list and can be assigned to customers. 

Tip

You can edit or deactivate a membership plan at any time by clicking on it in the list. Active members will retain their access unless removed manually.
